Problem

On a wedding day, everyone is looking after the event and nobody is looking after the bride. There's no rollback and no second launch.

Outcome

Launched Standard and Premium packages, runs traditional and white-wedding timelines, and built a brand known for punctuality, attention to detail and client care.

Context

YoursBridal&Co is a premium bridal concierge offering day-of management and personal styling support for brides in Lagos and beyond. I founded it to close the gap between event planning and personal client care.

Packaging, in a different room

I curated and launched Standard and Premium packages for different needs and budgets. It's the same packaging work I do in software, except the customer is about to get married.

A timeline with no slack

I manage multi-ceremony timelines for traditional and white weddings. Many stakeholders, emotional ones, with dependencies everywhere and a launch date that never moves.
